OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Tereaux products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase with a 20% restocking fee, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. Customer is required to pay for return shipping costs and is responsible for any shipping damage or any damage whatsoever on the return trip to our warehouse. For the return to process, the item must be as-new. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately.

INS AND OUTS OF THE RETURN POLICY

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

• Ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

• You may use the original product packaging. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed. An additional fee will apply if other packaging is used than original packaging materials.

• Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number. Please DO NOT write your order number directly on the product; this may disqualify you from receiving your refund.

• Securely attach your return label to the package.

• Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records and buying insurance to recoup any potential damages.

• A 20% Restocking Fee will apply to all returns

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box (do NOT write directly on the product). We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
